Job summary

Bryten is seeking a Community Manager - RD II to oversee two communities: Maple Leaf Apts and Carrollton Heights Apts, providing leadership, oversight, and strategic direction to achieve performance goals and exceptional resident experiences.

You'll lead onsite teams, manage budgets and leasing, ensure compliance and safety, and drive resident satisfaction through proactive service and effective operations across both sites.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties or communities preferred.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and leasing capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two communities with onsite teams.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, AR, and expense control.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention through leadership and service.
• Prepare operational/financial reports and communicate performance to leadership.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and compliance across both sites.
• Address resident concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote satisfaction.

Education

High School Diploma

Bachelor's degree preferred
