Bryten is seeking a motivated Community Manager - RD I (Part Time) for Fairside Apartments in Bath, NY to lead daily operations on-site and drive resident satisfaction. You will oversee budgeting, rent collections, and team performance while ensuring compliance and curb appeal.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in multifamily management, strong customer service, and solid communication skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing is preferred; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of multifamily property management experience including leasing and operational oversight.
• Budgeting, rent collections, accounts receivable, and expense control experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and multifamily housing compliance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and lead onsite team.
• Manage property financial performance including budgeting and reporting.
• Support occupancy, leasing, and resident retention through service excellence.
• Review applications, lease documents, and resident files for compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and contractors for upkeep and improvements.
• Respond to resident concerns, inspections, and safety/compliance issues.
• Coach and develop team members to promote engagement and growth.
