Job summary

Griffis Blessing, Inc. seeks an on-site Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple properties. You will perform hands-on maintenance, manage work orders, and coordinate with Property Management teams to uphold standards. A positive, service-oriented approach is essential.

Requirements include 3+ years of commercial facility maintenance experience and skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry. Personal tools and a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Three years of commercial facility maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry experience.
• Required use of personal tools and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance operations at multiple properties.
• Submit all paperwork to properly execute work orders.
• Communicate with Maintenance Directors and Property Management teams.
• Maintain a positive service attitude for clients, tenants and vendors.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Read, add notes, and submit completion reports via iPad.
