• Involve HR duties such as interviewing and staff concerns with leadership.
• Monitor staffing and adjust to maintain productivity and care standards.
• Ensure policy compliance and quality of care; assist with budget inputs.
• Develop programs, coordinate vendor support, and review equipment needs.
• Exhibit age‑appropriate care and adapt plans to patient growth and needs.
