You will supervise staff, coordinate care through the nursing process, and align operations with facility standards and procedures.

The role requires RN licensure and preferred 2–3 years of lead or supervisory experience, with outpatient exposure highly valued.

Formación

• Requires Registered Nurse Licensure.
• 2-3 years of previous Lead or Supervisory experience preferred.
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule: Clinic hours are 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday; flexible for leadership and operational needs.
• Oversee and support staff in providing and coordinating comprehensive care through the nursing process.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with standards and policies.
