Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a seasoned leader to run multi-site clinical engineering operations with full P&L accountability in a health-system setting.

You will coach site managers and technicians, translate strategy into concrete actions, and partner with hospital executives to improve uptime, compliance, and growth across the portfolio.

This role requires 7+ years in clinical engineering management, 3+ years leading leaders, a bachelor's in electronics or engineering, and strong financial planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing in clinical engineering or a similar environment with proven business leadership (required)
• 3+ years leading people and developing leaders (required)
• Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, related field or equivalent experience (required)
• Strong financial management and strategic planning experience
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the business: lead multi-site clinical engineering operations with full P&L accountability.
• Build leaders, not just teams: coach Site Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians to raise performance across the board.
• Set the direction: translate strategy into execution that improves uptime, compliance, and growth.
• Sit at the table: partner with hospital executives to solve complex challenges and expand services.
