Job summary

Trimedx seeks an experienced leader to run multi-site clinical engineering operations with full P&L accountability, building leaders and raising performance across the board.

You will translate strategy into execution, partner with hospital executives to solve complex challenges, and drive uptime, compliance, and growth across the health system.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing in clinical engineering or a similar environment.
• 3+ years leading people and developing leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, related field or equivalent experience (required).
• Strong financial management and strategic planning experience

What You Need

• 7+ years managing in clinical engineering or a similar environment with proven business leadership (required)
• 3+ years leading people and developing leaders (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, related field or equivalent experience (required)
• Strong financial management and strategic planning experience
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
• Experience requirements may be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program although the preferred path for program graduates is to gain experience as a Site Manager first.
