TriMedx, LLC is seeking a senior operations leader to own the system behind patient care across multiple sites. You will oversee budgets, performance, and accountability, and partner with hospital executives to drive readiness and compliance.

This role requires 5+ years in clinical engineering leadership, a engineering degree, proven team-building and financial management skills, and certifications. The position offers national scope, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen.
• Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs).
• Certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred.
• Graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program may have waivers.

Responsibilities

• Run the business: oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
• Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
• Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
• Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection, every time.
