Job summary

ALCONA HEALTH CENTER is seeking a full-time Site Support Staff - Float to assist patients and providers in multiple sites. This role involves patient check-in, records maintenance, and support during clinical tasks. The ideal candidate should have BCLS certification, be proficient in Word and Excel, and preferably possess Medical Assistant Certification or a practical nurse license. Qualifications

• Ability to secure transportation for reliable attendance at multiple sites as needed.
• Current BCLS CPR certification or to be obtained within 6 months.
• Preferred medical assistant or practical nurse licenses.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists patients, families, and visitors at health center.
• Operates phone system and schedules appointments across locations.
• Maintains health records per established health center procedures.
• Assists in patient care under the direction of a medical provider.

Skills

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) CPR certification
