Job summary

Stella Mental Health in Utah seeks an Operations Manager to serve as a critical operational partner to the Regional Director of Operations. The role blends strategic growth initiatives with on-site deployment across Utah, specializing in scheduling excellence, capacity management, and analytics.

You will lead operational projects, support onboarding and coaching for Clinic Managers, and drive revenue readiness while collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Must live locally in Utah and be able to travel regularly between clinic locations.
• Must have 2–4+ years of progressive operational experience in healthcare, multi-site practice management, or clinic operations.
• Demonstrated get-it-done attitude with measurable results in a clinical setting.
• Strong comfort with operational data, workforce metrics, and EMR scheduling platforms.
• Ability to establish credibility and collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling & capacity excellence: optimize templates, provider capacity, and utilization in Athena.
• Field implementation & leadership coaching: troubleshoot bottlenecks and train Clinic Managers.
• Growth, launch & integration: manage openings, acquisitions, and new interventional care rollouts.
• Operational analytics & revenue readiness: monitor utilization, fill rates, and billing readiness.
• Cross-functional leadership: partner with Clinic Managers, Medical Directors, and shared services.
