Job summary

Barrow Brain and Spine is seeking a Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations at assigned clinic location(s). You will optimize patient flow, support provider schedules, and ensure service excellence in a physician-owned specialty practice.

This role collaborates with physicians, executive leadership, and department directors, travels between locations regularly (approximately 25-60%), and focuses on performance, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations with multi-site experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership in medical practice or hospital setting.
• Experience in multi-provider specialty practice preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinic operations, scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
• Ability to work effectively with physicians and executive leadership.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned clinic location(s) to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service.
• Implement and enforce organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics including volume, access, utilization, and staffing levels.
• Identify operational issues and develop solutions to improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle, HR, IT, Compliance, and Quality departments.
