Job summary

ConvenientMD seeks a dual-site Practice Manager to oversee two clinics in Western Massachusetts, driving operational efficiency and long-term strategic goals. The role requires a strong background in healthcare administration, financial management, and people leadership.

You will travel within the region during the initial months to support multiple clinics, mentor staff, optimize scheduling, manage supplies and budgets, and partner with regional leadership to advance quality and patient service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient care.
• Lead scheduling operations across two clinics to maximize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maintain high patient service standards.
• Enforce clinic policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Be point of contact for patient feedback and coordinate with Medical Leadership to address concerns.
• Place and manage orders for medical supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with finance to track expenses related to supplies and stay within budget.
