Caring for Others is seeking a Scheduling Lead to own caregiver scheduling at scale and deliver 100% shift coverage. You will coach, engage, and ensure compliance across a large team of caregivers and clients. The role balances strategic workforce planning with hands-on scheduling leadership in a home-care setting.

Ideal candidates bring experience in home care, strong organization, and proficiency with scheduling systems, with a client-focused service mindset and HIPAA compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability and location.
• Lead caregiver performance through coaching and reviews with HR.
• Ensure compliance and training before assignments.
• Resolve call-offs, gaps, and timekeeping quickly with accurate data.
• Maximize authorized hours and pre-schedule new hires for day-one productivity.
• Create daily and long-term schedules for many caregivers and clients.
• Deliver 5-star service on every call.
