Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Project Manager – Capital Projects to support its U.S. capital investment program across the travel plaza portfolio. Reporting to the Director, U.S.

Capital Projects, this role will manage multiple concurrent projects from planning through construction and opening. The portfolio includes QSR and retail remodels, brand conversions, new concepts, and refresh programs across active travel plazas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of project management in construction/retail/hospitality or related multi-site environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in active operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent capital projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, milestones, and risk reports.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and brand partners.
• Align project execution with operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Lead meetings, site visits, and monitor progress, safety, quality, and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and opening requirements.
