Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Project Manager – Capital Projects to lead multiple capital initiatives across our U.S. travel plaza portfolio. You will oversee design, permitting, procurement, construction, turnover and opening, working with Operations, Commercial, Finance and brand partners.

You’ll manage budgets, schedules and risk, travel to project locations, and drive alignment with brand standards while minimizing disruption to store operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience.
• Experience independently managing multiple concurrent capital projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital projects from planning through turnover and opening.
• Develop budgets, schedules, forecasts and risk reports.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and brand partners.
• Align project execution with operations, merchandising and brand standards.
• Manage QSR/retail remodels, brand conversions and renovations.
• Drive phasing to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Review drawings, specs, and scopes for completeness and constructability.
• Lead meetings and site visits to monitor progress and safety.
