• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship needed now or in future).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain complex systems across multiple properties, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; maintain records of inspections and work orders.
• Perform inspections; coordinate contractor activities and report issues.
• Enforce safety standards; maintain safety logs.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with property managers and engineers on-site to resolve tenant service requests.
