Sunny Sky Products seeks a Senior Director of Quality, Food Safety & Regulatory to lead quality, food safety, and regulatory programs across a multi-site beverage network. You will set standards, strengthen systems, develop site Quality leaders, and partner with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Executive leadership.

You will drive regulatory compliance, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement while guiding cross-functional teams to embed quality in products and processes.

Qualifications

• Leadership of a multi-site quality organization in a beverage manufacturing network.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, FSMA, HACCP, GMPs and GFSI standards.
• Ability to translate data into business decisions and drive improvements.
• Experience developing site Quality leaders and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead and continuously improve Quality and Food Safety Management System across sites.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Provide senior technical leadership for beverage processing and packaging technologies.
• Drive risk management, crisis response, and product hold/recall investigations.
• Own CAPA, deviations, document control, audits, and continuous improvement processes.
• Guide supplier and customer quality strategies with senior-level support.
