Job summary

Dominium seeks a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across properties, including repairs, turnovers, preventive maintenance, and inspections. You will manage work orders, inventory, and safety compliance while ensuring building systems operate reliably.

The role requires 3–5 years of on-site supervisory maintenance experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CRMT certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of full-time maintenance experience with onsite supervisory duties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to read and write instructions clearly.
• Licenses like boiler certifications; valid driver’s license; able to obtain licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including repairs and turnovers.
• Manage preventive maintenance, inspections, and on-call emergencies.
• Review digital work orders and maintain documentation.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and major equipment in safe condition.
• Travel to assigned properties as directed by Senior Management.
