Mark-Taylor in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Multi-Site Assistant Community Manager to support luxury apartment communities. You will handle accounting tasks, leases, move-ins/move-outs, and resident relations to maintain a five-star living experience.

The role requires 1+ year in luxury property management, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Excel and property management software, with opportunities for growth within a respected builder and manager in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury property management.
• Strong understanding of general accounting, bookkeeping and reporting.
• Excellent communication and professional presence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with property management software (ResMan, Yardi) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting activities for communities, including deposits, collections, rental payments, and monthly financials.
• Ensure legal documents are properly served to residents.
• Assist in lease processes and renewal paperwork.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Support leasing responsibilities as needed.
