Job summary

Elios Healthcare seeks an experienced Multi-Site ASC Administrator to provide clinical and operational oversight across 4-5 ambulatory surgery centers within a network of nine facilities. You will collaborate with Nurse Managers, physicians, and senior leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, high quality care, effective staffing, and overall facility performance.

You will consider the financial impact of decisions and look for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery center operations.
• Understanding of ASC financials, including cost per case and staffing metrics.
• Experience with AAAHC or other accrediting bodies.
• Passion for growth, expanding surgical services, and making a meaningful impact across multiple facilities.

The Multi-Site ASC Administrator provides clinical and operational oversight across 4-5 assigned ambulatory surgery centers within a network of nine facilities. This role works closely with Nurse Managers, physicians, and senior leadership to support consistent operations, regulatory compliance, quality of care, effective staffing, and overall facility performance. The position also focuses on understanding the financial impact of operational decisions and identifying opportunities to expand surgical services and support continued growth. This position reports to the Senior Director of Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
