Job summary

ELM's ambulatory surgery center is seeking an ASC Administrator to oversee administrative requirements, including financial activities, staffing, and compliance, while ensuring efficient operations and top‑quality patient care. The role emphasizes effective communication with internal teams and external partners to meet facility goals.

Qualifications

• Must be a current and licensed Registered Nurse.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in a surgery center environment.
• Certified Administrator Surgery Center Certification preferred.
• Must meet pre-employment requirements and maintain all applicable state and job-related guidelines for background screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor adherence to policies to ensure appropriate care and compliance.
• Monitor staffing levels and activities; coordinate staffing needs.
• Maintain compliance and accreditation with AAAHC and state/federal requirements.
• Respond to external inquiries from regulatory, legal and executive management.
• Lead quality improvement and infection control programs and ensure staff compliance.
