Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Orchard Mesa and Ventura Villas across multiple sites. This roving role requires travel between properties and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Maintenance Technician in multifamily communities.
• Valid driver's license in good standing; regular travel between properties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance under supervision.
• Handle appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial work as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds; manage pet stations and litter.
• Assist in pool/spa maintenance, laundry, recreation, rental office, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure apartments are ready after vacates and maintain inventory of tools.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours; notify if parts delay.
• On-call emergency service as required.
