Job summary

The role requires at least one year of apartment maintenance supervisory experience and hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and carpentry. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills to interact with residents, vendors, and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in apartment maintenance supervisory role.
• General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and carpentry.
• Hand tools to perform the general duties listed above are required.
• Good communication skills in dealing with employees, residents, contractors, and vendors are necessary.
• Knowledge of budget costs and pricing is required.
• Neat, clean, well-groomed appearance with no visible tattoos; dress code may apply.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with residents, supervisor, employees and vendors.
• Reliable vehicle and Valid Driver’s License are required.

Responsibilities

• Be an active participant in keeping the community desirable for residents to live and for team members to work and take pride in.
• Reporting to, and acting under the direction of the Property Manager, Regional Manager and/or Vice President.
