Griffis/Blessing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of apartment communities in Grand Junction, CO. You will supervise staff, review budgets, and drive occupancy and collections while partnering with ownership to maximize property performance.

Responsibilities include site visits, audits, reporting, and coordinating with construction for renovations, with a focus on regulatory compliance and team development.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of multifamily property management experience, including large communities/multiple properties.
• College degree preferred.
• Real Estate License for Colorado preferred or ability to obtain within six months.
• CAM/CPM/CAPS is a plus.
• Experience with renovations and property repositioning.
• Strong leadership and professional conduct.
• Ability to use MS Word, Excel (intermediate) and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Support site staff to meet ownership/budget goals.
• Direct management assistants across the portfolio.
• Prepare/ review monthly, quarterly, annual reports for properties/owners.
• Produce additional owner reports as requested.
• Manage renovations with Construction team to meet timelines.
• Handle payroll paperwork, timesheets and bonus plans.
• Prepare contracts and manage them.
• Process payments and reimbursements; track mileage.
• Conduct site visits and audits; ensure policy compliance.
• Assist on-site teams with policy interpretation and implementation.
• Monitor YieldStar and Entrata changes as needed.
• Support due diligence and budget prep for acquisitions.
