Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee multi-site property maintenance across several Portland-area properties. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with management, and ensuring preventive and emergency maintenance is completed on schedule.

The candidate should have 2+ years of property maintenance experience and proven supervisory skills, plus carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and basic flooring/painting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Property Maintenance experience preferred.
• Prior Supervisory experience is required.
• Carpentry and drywall experience (1+ years).
• Painting and flooring turnover experience (1+ years).
• Plumbing (basic to intermediate) 1+ years.
• Electrical (basic troubleshooting) 1+ years.
• Valid Driver's License for travel between properties/sites.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• PC experience: minimum 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Property Manager on hiring and training.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests (within 24 hours, barring delays communicated to residents).
• Maintain inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance as required.
• Manage safety and compliance with MSDS and safety protocols.
• Assist with capital improvement projects and maintain curb appeal across properties.
