Job summary

Trane Supply is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Leader to drive strategy across a multi-site footprint and support NPI and product enhancements. You will coach a team of AMEs and collaborate with plant leadership, quality, and operations to strengthen systems and deliver results.

The role requires leadership of manufacturing engineering professionals, cross-functional collaboration, and travel up to 50–75%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial discipline with 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
Experience across multi-site manufacturing environments.
Experience with new product launches and project management.
Knowledge of advanced quality and design for manufacturing techniques.
Knowledge of life cycle cost, dimensional capability, and capacity analysis.
Experience deploying TPM and driving OEE improvements.
Ability to present to Sr. Leaders and Executives.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach AMEs to build capability and deliver strategic results.
Support a multi-site footprint with a business >$1B revenue.
Develop concepts and processes for NPI and product enhancements (DFM/FDA, 3P, 7-Ways, Lean).
Evaluate and implement cost-effective, safe manufacturing processes.
Provide capital equipment project governance across facilities.
Lead TPM deployment to improve OEE and asset reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturability.
Manage projects with timelines and PM tools; monitor progress.
