Job summary

Barcel USA LLC in Coppell, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor Floater to provide leadership across all shifts and cover supervisor absences to maintain production continuity and compliance with SQF, GMP, HACCP, FSMA standards. You will drive safety, efficiency, and employee engagement in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree, and hands-on Lean/5S knowledge to lead continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience with food manufacturing, SQF, GMP, HACCP, and FSMA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory coverage for production operations across all shifts as assigned.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor workflow to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure efficient utilization of personnel, equipment, materials, and resources.
• Monitor production performance and address operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Communicate production goals, expectations, and performance standards to team members.
