Job summary

Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the BLU Coppell Plant in Coppell, TX. The role focuses on leading second-shift production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing aligned with customer requirements.

The position requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production, with particular emphasis on Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing-related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of SQF, GMP, HACCP, and FSMA.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Supervise second-shift personnel and lead safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.
• Ensure proper staffing and resource allocation to support operational needs.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Review production reports, operating metrics, and shift performance results.
