Job summary

Barcel USA is seeking a Production Supervisor Floater to provide leadership and operational coverage across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You will ensure on-time production, uphold food safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in a Safety-First culture.

You will supervise, coach, and develop production staff, coordinate workflow, monitor KPIs, and support Lean 6S initiatives while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment that values teamwork and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Experience with multi-shift operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence.
• Experience with food manufacturing, SQF, GMP, HACCP, and FSMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory coverage for production operations across all shifts as assigned.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor workflow to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure efficient utilization of personnel, equipment, materials, and resources.
• Monitor production performance and address operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Communicate production goals, expectations, and performance standards to team members.
