Job summary

You will perform inspections, diagnose issues, assist with installations, and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations. Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school considered in lieu of some education.
• Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to follow defined procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills; able to log and report maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems (mechanical, electrical, etc.).
• Inspect and diagnose issues during routine maintenance inspections; perform repairs as needed.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and coordinate with teams to complete tasks on schedule.
• Support energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Ensure installations comply with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures and communicate clearly on work progress.
• Contribute to team output under supervision by applying defined methods and tasks.
