Job summary

The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or trade training, and be able to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs. On-site work with standard safety protocols is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs and climbing stairs/ladders.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in work application.
• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Move, assemble, install, and set up office furniture and equipment.
• Perform light carpentry and touch-up work as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
