Job summary

ND Paper is seeking a Production Corrugator Shift Lead in Langhorne, PA to direct the corrugator line on an assigned shift, ensuring safety, production and quality targets are met while coordinating with CR Operator, Single Facer, Double Backer, Stacker, and Baler Operator roles.

You will work hands-on with the crew, lead pre-shift huddles, monitor quality, respond to downtime, and escalate issues to supervision as needed. Prior lead or supervisory experience in corrugation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corrugator experience, including wet end or dry end positions.
• Proven ability to lead or coach a production crew.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets and orders.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corrugator crew through the daily production schedule to minimize waste and changeovers.
• Coordinate wet end and dry end crew members to maintain target speed.
• Conduct pre-shift and shift-change huddles to communicate schedule and safety priorities.
• Monitor board quality and direct corrective actions as needed.
• Make real-time decisions on sequencing, assignments, and coverage to protect uptime.
