Job summary

Paramount Pictures is seeking an Account Executive for Local Ad Sales to drive growth across CBS O&O, Paramount+ and Pluto TV. You will build direct client and agency relationships, hunt new business, and close multi-market campaigns with an integrated, end-to-end approach.

You’ll manage a dynamic book of business, exceed revenue goals, and stay ahead of market trends across linear and streaming platforms, delivering results for Paramount’s advertising partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of local broadcast experience with revenue goals.
• Prospect, pitch, and close new business actively.
• Build lasting client partnerships with agencies and direct clients.
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt — prospect relentlessly across local, regional, and national categories.
• Sell across CBS O&O broadcast, Paramount+ and Pluto TV in a single pitch.
• Leverage the 17-market CBS O&O footprint to reach audiences across markets.
• Develop direct client and agency relationships from the ground up.
