Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in for Route Service Representatives, delivering garments and products along established routes and ensuring seamless service for customers. You will learn multiple routes, load and unload items, collect used garments for return, and uphold safety and vehicle appearance while supporting the service and management teams.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT medical certification compliance.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior route sales or delivery experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple routes to provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along routes.
• Load, unload, and collect used garments for return with accuracy.
• Resolve customer requests with proactive problem solving.
• Maintain vehicle safety, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy.
• Support new account installations and route rerouting as needed.
• Communicate customer feedback to location leadership.
