Job summary

RADCO Residential seeks a Property Manager for Breckenridge Apartment Homes in Forest Park, GA. You will lead the office and maintenance teams, manage budgets, marketing plans, and resident relations to drive occupancy and property performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily Property Management, strong marketing and financial acumen, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office (YARDI preferred). Relocation assistance may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a Property Manager in multifamily
• Strong marketing capability and ability to develop a property marketing plan
• Ability to read, interpret, and update financial reports and statements
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, team members, peers, vendors, owners, etc.
• Ability to de-escalate and respond sensitively to customer service-related concerns
• Strong leadership skills and ability to delegate and manage a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; YARDI experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Train, empower, and motivate the office and maintenance team through team building activities, 1 on 1 meetings, continuous support and training, providing feedback, etc
• Assist in budget preparation and manage expenses to align with property goals
• Responsible for office operations, communicating policies and procedures, ensuring quality curb appeal, and community cleanliness
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure maintenance activities are aligned with property goals
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to concerns in a timely manner and addressing service issues
• Ensure property financial performance and a great resident experience while meeting KPI’s
• Implement lead capture forms or methods to gather information from potential leasing clients
• Assist in managing client/owner relationship by meeting with owners and providing updates
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships, including vendor packets, schedules, and billing
