Job summary

Gorman & Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Vista Verde in Breckenridge, CO. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, while helping maintain the property's exterior and seasonal prep tasks.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC and appliance repair.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• On-call emergency rotation participation is required.
• Strong customer service with a resident-first mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Maintain exterior areas and assist with seasonal prep such as snow removal.
• Conduct daily property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests.
• Prepare vacant apartments using make-ready checklists.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain common areas and communicate with vendors and contractors.
