Job summary

Forest Properties Management, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to support two properties: Parke Place Village in Seabrook (60%) and Sagamore Court in Portsmouth (40%).

You will perform corrective, preventative, cosmetic, and emergency property maintenance as part of a team. The role requires skilled trades in appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC or appliance repair; you will assist in keeping units ready for lease, handle on-call shifts, and work with

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, or painting.
• Some HVAC or appliance repair experience is beneficial.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs or more and perform physical tasks such as walking, crouching, bending, reaching small spaces, standing for long periods.
• Good organizational skills with reading, writing, and basic math.
• Bring your own tools and have reliable transportation.
• Eligibility to work in the USA and provide proof.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and heating/cooling system repairs as needed.
• Ensure all service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Make vacant apartments ready for lease; clean when needed.
• Report any building, ground, or system issue to supervisor for corrective action.
• Communicate and work well with colleagues, administrative staff, and vendors.
• Able to work a rotational on-call schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.
