Trinity Property Consultants, based in Grand Rapids, is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to represent two or more properties and drive leasing goals with outstanding resident service.

You will show and lease to prospects, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while delivering a seamless resident experience across communities. This role requires the ability to handle inquiries, maintain occupancy, and support administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience; multifamily leasing preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications are a plus.
• MS Office proficiency; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.
• Assist in market surveys and marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in to ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide responsive resident service and handle inquiries.
• Perform move-out inspections and support turnover procedures.
• Maintain unit availability and calendars; assist with administrative duties.
