Davidson Hospitality Group seeks an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee and support IT and technical services across Amara Cay, La Siesta and Three Waters Resort in Islamorada, Florida. You will ensure reliable day-to-day technology operations and provide responsive support to resort leadership and teams.

Qualifications

• College degree or technical equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience providing audio/technical support.
• Computer skills in Microsoft office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Delphi, Outlook, AE Enterprise, Windows and Mac.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills.
• Previous supervisory/management experience and skills.
• Experience managing and scheduling projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT and technical services across Amara Cay, La Siesta and Three Waters Resort properties.
• Provide responsive technical support to leaders, team members and departments.
• Establish and maintain IT policies and procedures to support operations and events.
