Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group’s Islamorada properties seek an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee IT and technical services for Amara Cay, La Siesta and Three Waters Resort.

You will ensure reliable day-to-day technology operations, provide responsive support to resort leaders and teams, and help establish IT policies and procedures that keep meetings, events and guest experiences running smoothly across the multi-property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience providing audio/technical support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and AE Enterprise on Windows/Mac.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills.
• Prior supervisory/management experience.
• Experience managing and scheduling projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT and technical services across three-resort collection.
• Provide responsive technical support to leaders, teams, and departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues and incidents.
• Establish and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Catering, and Food & Beverage.
• Ensure infrastructure supports meetings, events, and guest experiences.
