The position emphasizes responsive technical support, IT policy development, and alignment with resort leaders to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• College degree or technical equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience providing audio/technical support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Delphi, AE Enterprise, Windows and Mac.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory/management experience and skills.
• Experience managing and scheduling projects.
