Job summary

Three Waters Resort & Marina, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio Resort, is seeking a proactive Technical Services Manager to oversee IT and technical services for Amara Cay, La Siesta and Three Waters in Islamorada, Florida. You will ensure reliable day-to-day technology operations and provide responsive support to resort leaders, teams, and departments.

You will help establish IT policies across properties, collaborate with Operations, Sales, Catering, and F&B, and thrive in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience providing audio/technical support.
• College degree or technical equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills.
• Previous supervisory/management experience and skills.
• Experience managing and scheduling projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technology operations across Amara Cay, La Siesta and Three Waters Resort & Marina Islamorada.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Technical Services Manager to oversee and support IT and technical services across ourthree-resort collection in beautiful Islamorada, Florida: Amara Cay, La Siesta and Three Waters Resort. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable day-to-day technology operations while providing responsive technical support to resort leaders, team members, and operational departments.

The Technical Services Manager will oversee technical service activities, troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues, help establish and maintain IT policies and procedures, and support the ongoing technology needs of all three properties. Working closely with resort leadership and departments including Operations, Sales, Catering, and Food & Beverage, this position will play an important role in ensuring our technology infrastructure supports seamless resort operations, meetings and events, and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

College degree or technical equivalent preferred

• Minimum of 3 years experience providing audio/technical support
• Computer skills in Microsoft office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Delphi, Outlook, AE Enterprise, Windows and Mac
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
• Previous supervisory/management experience and skills.
