Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for Three Waters Resort & Marina in Islamorada, FL. This role oversees maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems to ensure guest safety and comfort.

You will lead a team of engineers, coach staff, and maintain high morale while ensuring adherence to maintenance standards in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Hotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience of 3-5 years preferred.
• Refrigeration, HVAC certification or journeyman level experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency, preventative maintenance systems and all related disciplines.
• Basic computer skills, administrative skills.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and other employees.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of all hotel mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ensure guest safety and comfort through proactive maintenance.
• Maintain high morale and coach engineering staff.
• Solicit and implement input from engineering team.
• Discuss problems with employees as they come up and ensure department standards are met.
