• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably in urban/boutique environments.
• Proven experience managing group, catering, and corporate sales segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for both properties.
• Lead and coach the Catering Sales Manager and Remote Sales Manager.
• Manage RFP processes and key client relationships to hit revenue targets.
