Kids Empire USA LLC is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee three locations in the Atlanta area. The role involves leading Park Managers, driving revenue growth, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring a premier guest experience across multiple parks.

The ideal candidate will have multi-unit management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to develop innovative solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of operations, financial management, and customer service.
• Experience in developing Performance Improvement Plans and Action Plans.
• Proven multi-unit leadership experience or potential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Park management across multiple locations within the market.
• Develop strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Lead and develop Park Managers and staff with ongoing training.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer service standards are met.
• Coordinate with Support Center and Director of Operations.
• Hire, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
