Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee a cluster of parks in the Atlanta market. This leader will manage the Home Park and up to three additional parks, ensuring top-tier guest experiences, safety, and profitability.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record in multi-site management and driving performance. Expect collaboration with the Director of Operations and executive team to set strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience in developing Performance Improvement Plans and Action Plans.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software.
• Proven experience in a single-unit role; multi-unit experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of Park operations for the Home Park and up to 3 additional Parks.
• Supervise and develop park managers and staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance.
• Develop strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Hire and train management staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with vendors and support center; oversee openings/closings.
