Kids Empire US LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a 5 to 10-park market. You will lead a team of Park Managers, develop long-term growth plans, and drive revenue while ensuring safety and high guest satisfaction across locations.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities, with experience in multi-unit operations, training, and performance improvement. Travel within markets is required as part of oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven multi-unit management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff development skills.
• Experience with performance improvement plans and action plans.
• Solid data analysis and performance metrics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide location managers and employees across multiple parks.
• Develop strategies to meet revenue and profit targets for the market.
• Conduct regular park visits to assess performance and address issues.
• Maintain safety standards, policies, and quality procedures.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations for park staff.
• Coordinate with Support Center and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
