The Big Chill 30A is hiring a Service Manager to join a multi-concept property on 30A. You will train and mentor teams, supervise daily FOH/BOH activity, and ensure adherence to system standards across all restaurant concepts.

You will manage inventories, process invoices, place orders, and support guest relations while maintaining efficiency and energy during 50+ hour weeks. The role offers growth within a dynamic, multi-outlet operation.

Qualifikationen

• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic math skills.
• Pass background check.
• Complete Food Manager ServSafe training.
• Complete TIPs training.
• Able to operate technology systems (POS, Scheduling App, LMS, Inventory Control System, etc.)
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time, reach, stoop, bend and lift.
• Able to work 50+ hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Train, develop and coach team members on established processes across multiple outlets.
• Supervise and lead daily FOH and BOH team member workflow.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu items, specs and standards for presentation.
• Follow established systems and provide feedback to team members.
• Complete weekly and monthly FOH inventories with direct manager.
• Process invoices via R365 and in-house accounting systems.
• Place weekly orders through approved vendors.
