Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of management experience in full-service hospitality, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility across early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to keep teams aligned and guests impressed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across OTG’s dining and retail concepts, ensuring smooth, efficient service.
• Elevate food & beverage quality and presentation to OTG standards.
• Own scheduling and staffing, ensuring shifts are fully covered and service stays top-tier.
• Deliver comprehensive onboarding and training for new Crewmembers.
• Create a positive, supportive workplace culture, recognizing and motivating the team.
• Champion safety and compliance with OTG policies and applicable laws.
• Communicate policies clearly using the Crewmember Handbook and relevant agreements.
