Old Edwards Hospitality Group is seeking energetic, guest-focused Multi-Outlet Servers to provide outstanding service across Madison's Restaurant, Wine Garden, Hummingbird Lounge, Four65 Woodfire Bistro + Bar, Rooftop Terrace, and more. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, delivering memorable dining experiences and collaborating with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.

Multi-Outlet Servers to provide exceptional service across a variety of our award-winning dining venues, including Madison's Restaurant, Wine Garden, Hummingbird Lounge, Four65 Woodfire Bistro + Bar, Rooftop Terrace, and other food and beverage outlets as business needs require.

What You'll Do

As a Multi-Outlet Server, you'll provide outstanding food and beverage service while adapting to the unique atmosphere and service style of each outlet. Your flexibility and commitment to excellence will help create memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Work across multiple food and beverage outlets as assigned, adapting to each outlet's service style and standards.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately while ensuring presentation meets company standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns or communicate them to management.
• Set up and maintain dining rooms, service stations, and work areas before, during, and after service.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization while following all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, promotions, and hours of operation throughout our dining outlets.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Restaurant Management.
